The Board of Directors of ICB has recommended cash dividend @ 15% and stock dividend @ 25% (i.e., 1 bonus share for every 4 shares held) for the year 2009-2010. Date of AGM: 28.10.2010, Time: 11:30 AM, Venue: National Sports Council Bhaban (NSC Tower), 62/3, Purana Paltan, Dhaka-1000. Record date: 22.09.10. The Corporation has also reported Net profit after tax of Tk. 2,130.50 million, EPS of Tk. 106.52, NAV per share of Tk. 302.50 and Net Operating Cash Flow per share of Tk. (35.46) for the year ended on June 30, 2010.
