The basic features of the Mutual Fund will be as follows: 1. Name of the Fund: Prime Finance Second Mutual Fund, 2. Nature of the Fund: Closed End, 3. Sponsor of the Fund: Prime Finance & Investment Ltd., 4. Sponsor's Contribution: Tk. 100 million and 5. IPO and Private Placement: Tk. 900 million.
